We've had a fire going in our wood stove the past three nights, and it's been fantastic. Our oldest (who is the most like me) LOVES when the Husband makes one. She curls up on the couch (or right in front of the fire) with a book or her drawing pad or one of the many crafts she might be working on at the time. I am NOT creative, but I do love to sit by the fire with a good book and a cup of coffee or hot tea. We're all a little more cozy on those nights in the front room - reading or playing games or just enjoying each other's company.
Thankful for a hot fire to keep us warm on chilly nights.
